For my next shoot I am planning to go right into the drugs side that I want to include within the final photograph of my final piece sequence. I have found a few photographs from the internet that have really inspired me with what I want to photograph and how I want to arrange them etc. These are the images and why I like them:
Both of these photographs are based on the subject that I'm going to be photographing in my next shoot and at the exact angle I am most likely going to take all of them at as I feel being at the same level as the subject shows better detail and is a lot more eye-capturing and interesting to the viewer.I like this photo as it has a good composition with the objects scattered evenly around the page and the eye can swiftly move over to each comfortably. I want to make sure my photographs have good composition just like this to make sure my viewers are perfectly happy with my photography and feel it's worth taking a second look at. This is the main reason this specific photograph inspired me for my upcoming shoot.
The main reason this image inspired me so much is because of the shallow depth of field portrayed within it. When I do staged photography up close such as this I really love getting that shallow depth of field in and giving the photograph some personality. I find if a photograph such as these are completely in focus and not at a very interesting angle that I am put off of them quite soon and get bored. For this reason I want to make sure the viewers of my work are attracted and engaged into my photography which I'm confident I can do. Once I have taken this shoot I am then going to layer my best prints with the best ones I've got of the smoke shoot and see how these turn out as the outcome for the third picture of my final piece. If my next shoot doesn't turn out how I wanted it; however, I will re-shoot until I am happy with the outcome I've got.
